Kō Is Peak Maui Resort Vacation

Every resort in Maui has a restaurant. Some of them are pretty ok, usually making up for middling food with breathtaking views and efficient service. But Kō, at the Fairmont Kea Lani, is one of those resort restaurants that pushes your vacation over the top. A place where you can get A++ textbook Hawaiian food (plus some world flavors), mostly all sourced locally, in a sexy, modern package. The view is definitely more upscale pool than awe-inspiring ocean, but we won’t hold that against them too much. Just go later in the day when the pool traffic is on the decline.
