Feringhee Is the Best Indian Restaurant in the Valley

5.5 Yumpoints | Tied for #37 in Phoenix | Tied for #10 in the East Valley

I always like Indian food, but I worry that I’m, uh, basic. Get me anything that has the words tandoori, curry, or naan and I’m thrilled, but I don’t have enough exposure to be like, “this place is way better than that place.” That is, until I went to Feringhee and decided quickly that it was better than all the other places I’d been to. The curries were more flavorful, the meats were cooked more perfectly, the naan was nicer, the plating was prettier, and some of the sauces kind of blew me away. The food critics were definitely right about this one.
